Joelle Travel the terms ("us", "we" or “our” as the context requires) is a global business providing flight booking. Using our website, means you accepted and agreed on all our terms, conditions and policies posted on our website.

Agreement between the Clients & Joelle Travel Services LLC: While accessing, using, browsing or make booking through Joelletravel.com, users have to accept that they are agreed to the terms and conditions of our portal. In case of any violation, Joelle Travel Services L.L.C. and its subsidiaries (including Joelletravel.com) reserve all the rights for taking any legal actions against them.

Use of the Website: As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that:

• You possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation and enter into these Terms of Use.
• You will use this Website in accordance with the Terms of Use.
• You will use this Website to make only legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.
• You will inform such other persons about the Terms of Use that apply to the reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto.
• You will provide your proper and accurate Name (as per Passport or any other office ID), Address, Email ID, and Cell Number. You will be solely responsible for the Information provided and in case of any error or mistake in provision of information, Joelle Travel will not be liable for the same.
• All information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete.
• If you have an online account with this Website, you will safeguard your login details – login ID and password and will supervise the same. You will be completely responsible for any use or misuse of your account by you and anyone other person other than you.
• Joelle Travel retains the right in its sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time without notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms of Use.

Credit Card Payment: Your authorization to use your credit card further indicates your acceptance of Joelle Travel’s terms and conditions, and those of the Airlines’/Tour Operators’/Cruise lines’ travel services you have purchased. By providing Joelle Travel with authorization to use your credit card to pay for travel services, you are confirming that you will pay the total amount charged according to your cardholder agreement. In addition, you agree not to chargeback your payment for the travel services you receive. A delay may occur between the time a transaction is settled and removed from “Authorized Transactions”, and when it appears in “Posted Transactions”. Some transactions may appear as both an Authorized and a Posted Transaction until settled. When applying a Visa debit or bank debit card for payment, in the event of a cancellation, your funds may be held up to 60 days by your financial institution. We strongly recommend an alternative form of payment, such as any major credit card, to avoid any such delay and inconvenience.

Flight reservations will be subject to a ticketing fee per person, processed through Joelle Travel. Therefore two (2) charges will appear on your credit card statement, the charge for your airline ticket processed through the Airline or Third-Party Supplier and the ticketing fee(s) charge, processed through Joelle Travel.

Documentation: Our general practice is to send documents to our customers electronically whenever possible. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee should you makes a request for such documents to be sent as a hard copy.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect you from unforeseen circumstances before and during your trip. Please check your invoice. If charges for an insurance policy are not listed or an insurance policy number is not noted, you have elected to DECLINE travel insurance. If you would like to purchase some peace of mind for a low cost, please chose our listed policy.

Currency: Prices displayed on the Joelle Travel website are in UAE Dirham. Some supplier rates are quoted to Joelle Travel in U.S dollars or other currencies. The amount(s) listed on the invoice is converted into UAE Dirham at the prevailing exchange rate of the date of invoice. Sometimes, payments processed at later date to your credit card may have a different exchange rate than the one calculated at the time of booking, which will be applied either by the supplier or your credit card company. Joelle Travel is not responsible for currency fluctuations, nor does it guarantee the UAE Dirham equivalent of the purchase will be the same, as this is beyond our control.

Price Changes: Prices displayed on Joelle Travel’s website may change during the same session. If you disconnect from our site, and return later, prices could change at your next visit to the site.

Special Requests: If you make a special request for a flight meal, airline seating, etc. please note that these requests are not guaranteed, and Joelle Travel cannot be held responsible for requests that are not granted.

Liability: Joelle Travel, in its capacity as a travel agency, makes arrangement with suppliers who provide flight booking services. The services arranged by Joelle Travel are subject to the conditions imposed by these individual suppliers, and their liability may be limited by their own tariffs, conditions of carriage, and international conventions.

Joelle Travel does not guarantee any suppliers’ rates, reservations, connections, scheduling, or protection of personal belongings.

Joelle Travel assumes no responsibility for the actions of airlines. For overbooking, route changes, cancellation or delays. All information, prices and availability are subject to change.

Joelle Travel will not be responsible for the acts or omissions of any person other than our agency and our employees acting on our behalf.

Joelle Travel shall not be liable for any damages due to illness, theft, labor action, acts of God, mechanical failure, equipment failure, quarantine, rescheduling, government action, war, insurgency or act of terrorism, or other event beyond our control.
