JOELLE TRAVEL SERVICES LLC is a UAE travel agency licensed by Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE, under Trade Licence No. 2115355.01. Our office is located at Office 1202, Al Maha Tower, Block A, Al Taawun Street, Sharjah, UAE.

Information we collect

Depending on the service requested, we may collect your name, contact details, nationality, date of birth, passport or identity information, travel dates, booking preferences, payment information, visa documents and communications with us. For family or group bookings, the person making the booking must be authorized to provide information about the other travellers.

You may browse our public website without identifying yourself. We receive personal information when you choose to contact us, request a quotation, communicate through WhatsApp or another channel, or ask us to arrange a service.

How we use information

• To prepare quotations and arrange flights, accommodation, visas, insurance, transportation, tours and other requested travel services.
• To verify traveller information, communicate booking updates and provide customer support.
• To process payments, refunds and accounting records.
• To meet legal, regulatory, security and fraud-prevention obligations.
• To send marketing messages only where permission has been given, with the ability to opt out at any time.

Sharing and international processing

We share only the information reasonably required to provide your service. Recipients may include airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa service providers, embassies or government authorities, insurers, transportation providers, payment providers and technology suppliers. Travel services often require information to be processed outside the UAE. Those recipients process information under their own legal and privacy obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

WhatsApp and communications

When you contact us through WhatsApp, your communications are also governed by WhatsApp's terms and privacy practices. We use your number and conversation only to respond, provide requested services and send communications for which you have given permission. You may ask us to stop promotional communications at any time.
